We offers both Class 1 and Class 3 galvanization on all wire products. Class 3 galvanization offers significantly higher corrosion resistance than the standard Class 1 galvanization.
Class 1 galvanized wire features a thinner zinc coating of 0.28 ounces per square foot and provides basic protection, but it tends to rust after 2–12 years depending on the environment. In coastal areas, Class 1 coating fails even sooner due to saltwater corrosion. It is often used for barbed wire fencing.
Class 3 galvanized wire offers a premium zinc coating (nearly three times as thick as Class 1) that uses 0.80 ounces of zinc per square foot. This wire coating offers a higher degree of protection, providing a lifespan of 13–30 years. Class 3 galvanized wire is more expensive up front, but it is much more long-lasting. Class 3 galvanization is our most rust resistant wire coating, the ideal choice for harsh environments.
Class1/3 Galvanized Steel Wire is a durable carbon steel wire coated with a protective zinc layer, designed for corrosion resistance and long service life. Produced through precise wire drawing and controlled galvanizing processes, it ensures stable tensile strength and smooth surface quality. We primarily deal in carbon steel (hot-rolled/cold-rolled sheets, coils, pipes, and bars), structural steel (angle bars, channel steel, I-beams, H-beams, square/rectangular tubes, etc.), galvanized products (galvanized sheets, coils, pipes, and profiles), and aluminum products (sheets, coils, profiles, and bars). We can also supply other steel varieties based on customer requirements.

3. Do you accept small-batch orders? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we support small-batch and trial orders. The MOQ is typically one container (approx. 20–25 tons), depending on product specifications and dimensions. MOQs for aluminum products can be lower; please contact us for details.
4. What is the typical delivery time?
For standard products, delivery takes 15–30 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on order volume, product type, and current production scheduling. Stock items can be delivered sooner. Delivery times for customized orders will be longer, and we will inform you in advance.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). More flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term clients. Specific ratios (e.g., 30% down payment and 70% balance) can be adjusted based on the order value and credit status.
6. What processing services do you offer?
We provide services such as cutting, punching, bending, welding, uncoiling, and leveling. We also offer customized deep processing of profiles based on technical drawings. All processing is performed in-house to ensure quality control and timely delivery.
