You can contact our sales team via our official website, email, or phone. Please provide product name, specifications, dimensions, quantity, and destination port – we will respond with a quotation as soon as possible (typically within 24 hours).

We keep a certain stock of common specifications (especially hot-rolled coils, galvanized coils, and standard profiles) to meet urgent orders. Please inform us of your required specifications and quantities in advance so we can check real-time inventory.

Yes, we offer sample services. Samples are available free of charge (in limited quantities), but the customer is responsible for international shipping costs. For regular orders, the sample fee can be deducted from the subsequent order.

Our products are currently exported to Southeast Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. We have extensive experience in international trade and are familiar with import requirements and customs clearance procedures in various countries.

Products are packed in sea-worthy rust-preventive packaging, such as steel strapping, waterproof paper, plastic film, or wooden crates if required, to ensure no damage during transit. We usually ship from major Vietnamese ports (e.g., Ho Chi Minh, Hai Phong) and support FOB, CIF, CFR and other Incoterms.

We implement strict incoming and outgoing quality inspections. All products comply with international standards such as ASTM, JIS, EN, GB, etc. We can provide mill test certificates and inspection reports, and can also arrange third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, BV) upon request.

We offer cutting, punching, bending, welding, uncoiling, leveling, and other processing services. Customized profile fabrication according to drawings is also available. All processing is done in-house to ensure quality control and on-time delivery.

We generally accept T/T (wire transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). For long-term partners, more flexible payment terms can be negotiated. Standard deposit ratios (e.g., 30% upfront + 70% balance) can be adjusted based on order value and credit history.

Standard delivery time is 15–30 days after receipt of deposit, subject to order quantity, product type, and production schedules. In-stock items can be shipped sooner. Custom processing orders may take longer, and we will notify you in advance.

Yes, we accept small-batch orders and trial orders. The MOQ is generally one container (approx. 20-25 tons), depending on product specifications and sizes. For aluminum products, the MOQ can be smaller – please contact us for details.

We are an integrated trading, processing, and distribution company. We maintain close partnerships with multiple major mills in Vietnam and neighboring regions, ensuring stable supply. We also have our own processing facilities to provide value-added services, combining the flexibility of a trader with the capabilities of a processor.

We mainly deal in carbon steel (hot-rolled/cold-rolled plates, coils, pipes, bars), profiles (angles, channels, I-beams, H-beams, square/rectangular tubes), galvanized products (sheets, coils, pipes, and profiles), and aluminum products (sheets, coils, extruded profiles, bars). Other steel grades are also available upon request.
