1060 Aluminum Pipe Description

The 1060 aluminum alloy is the most commonly used series, mostly due to its fast production speed, simple production process, and mature technology. The cost has a huge advantage compared with other series of aluminum alloy. 1060 aluminum alloy is characterized by good plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, so the pipe is ideal for gas welding, hydrogen welding and contact welding. However, the strength is not as high and it is not easy to braze. 1060 aluminum pipes are widely used in products that do not require high strength such as building exterior decorations, bus bodies, high-rise building and factory wall decorations.

We can also supply other steel varieties based on customer requirements.

2. Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We are a comprehensive service provider integrating trading, processing, and distribution. We maintain close partnerships with major steel mills in Vietnam and the surrounding region, ensuring a stable supply chain. Additionally, our in-house processing center offers value-added services, combining the flexibility of a trader with the service capabilities of a processing plant.

3. Do you accept small-batch orders? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we support small-batch and trial orders. The MOQ is typically one container (approx. 20–25 tons), depending on product specifications and dimensions. MOQs for aluminum products can be lower; please contact us for details.

4. What is the typical delivery time?
For standard products, delivery takes 15–30 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on order volume, product type, and current production scheduling. Stock items can be delivered sooner. Delivery times for customized orders will be longer, and we will inform you in advance.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). More flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term clients. Specific ratios (e.g., 30% down payment and 70% balance) can be adjusted based on the order value and credit status.

6. What processing services do you offer?
We provide services such as cutting, punching, bending, welding, uncoiling, and leveling. We also offer customized deep processing of profiles based on technical drawings. All processing is performed in-house to ensure quality control and timely delivery.
